Physical Activity

Pros:

  • good health
  • happy with self

Cons:

  • time consuming
  • hard to begin

 

Being active in everyday life may be a challenge to some people. My advice as a person would to be when ever you have the oppurtunity to burn a few extra calories, take it. Chances are you will not regret it in the long run. There have been several studies done that show links between not exercising and heart disease and obesity.
